Their champagne brunch in Islands Dining Room from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm will feature islands music and hula dancers, along with an all-you-can-eat brunch menu of smoked prime rib, roasted leg of lamb, golden tile fish, stuffed chicken breast, omelet and waffle station, seafood raw bar, stir fry and sushi stations and a spring selection of freshly-made desserts. Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando offers a taste of ‘la dolce vita’ – the sweet life – complete with a strolling musician during their Easter champagne brunch from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm. Trattoria del Porto will be serving an all-you-can-eat menu of smoked New York strip, roasted leg of lamb, roasted pork loin, mahi mahi, seared chicken, omelets and crepes made to order, chilled seafood, risotto and pasta stations, plus cakes, pies, tortes and desserts by the shot glass. Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando will cue up an Easter brunch with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll attitude in The Kitchen restaurant from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. The hits will include prime rib, maple-glazed ham, omelet station, rotisserie chicken, special kids items and a mouth-watering dessert station. Kids can meet the Easter bunny and visit the restaurant’s “kids only” pancake and cupcake decorating station. Adults: $36.00 ~ Children ages 4 – 12: $16.00 (ages 3 and under complimentary).
