Race Rock Photo Update

Dave & Busters is still working on the old Race Rock site, preparing it for a new exciting dining experience.

The Dallas-based company operates 57 restaurant/bar/entertainment complexes nationwide and in Canada serving burgers, pastas, salads and other American fare. It also features arcade games, virtual sports and pool tables.

The problem has been that the building had been empty since 2007, when Windermere-based Tavistock Group Inc. bought it.

Since then it has sat empty with a hefty price tag for potential buyers during a recession; hence why I think there has been so much work done on it over the last few months, simply because it has been left unattended over this period of time.

Not long to go now, and it will be a welcome sight back on I-Drive.

If you fancy a look back at the old Race Rock the website is still working over at http://racerock.com/racerock/
