The Orlando Science Center has another exciting event coming up. “Guitar: The Instrument That Rocked The World” premieres on Saturday, June 11 and will be on display until September 11. The exhibit will be included with general admission to the Orlando Science Center, which is $17 for adults and $12 for kids (ages 3-11).
For those hard core guitar enthusists, there will be a special ticketed even on June 10th which will feature an appearance by Grammy Award Winner Roger McGuinn, co-founder of The Byrds. The preview event begins at 7 p.m. and will feature a cocktail reception, followed by McGuinn’s appearance during which he will be honored for his indelible contributions to the music industry by the National Guitar Museum.
Then guests will get an exclusive preview of the new exhibit before it opens to the public.
