Wet ‘n Wild Orlando invites local families to participate in the newest way to share the rush during a family-friendly racing competition at the grand opening of its newest attraction, the Aqua Drag Racer on Thursday, June 12, 2014.

To help celebrate of the opening of the all new Aqua Drag Racer attraction,  Wet ‘n Wild invites local families to submit their best ‘Ready to Race’ face for the chance to participate in a racing competition at the grand opening event

Families will race against one another in a bracket style competition. The winning family will be rewarded with a trip to the winner’s circle and Wet ‘n Wild Annual Passes. To be entered into the contest guests must submit a family photo or video depicting their best ‘Ready to Race’ face to by Friday, June 6th at 5pm.

All entries should depict your families most competitive or spirited group shot. All winners will be notified by Monday, June 9, 2014 by 5pm Eastern time.

Standing six stories tall and featuring four parallel racing lanes, the Aqua Drag Racer is Florida’s tallest and fastest water-based racing attraction of its kind. Guests will take their place at a starting line that is 65 feet high and prepare for a turbo-charged adrenaline rush the whole family can share. Get ready for a full throttle plunge at screaming speeds while powering through enclosed braided, twisting tunnels at fifteen feet per second. It is full throttle acceleration with no brakes allowed and the newest way families share the rush in a head-to-head racing competition at Wet ‘n Wild!
