Al Spry
Spry hails from Brooklyn. ‘Nuf said 
He received his A.A. in Radio and Television Arts from Orange State and B.A. in History from the University at Albany . Spry began his broadcasting career in 1998, and was a rock DJ and promotions assistant with WHTQ-FM, WMMO-FM, as well as a reporter and producer with WDBO-AM in Orlando. When Spry isn’t on the Spry Show, he oversees Affiliate Relations for the Florida News Network, the Alabama Radio Network, and the Virginia News Network, and is also the Production Director for FNN. Yeah he’s busy! Spry also co-hosts the weekly syndicated political show, Florida Roundtable. Al and his wife, Yvonne have lived in the Orlando area since 1997 and love it! Spry enjoys motorcycling, writing and performing original music, flying, and enjoying the Florida lifestyle, including sand, surf, and salt-water deep sea fishing!
Tammalicious
Tammalicious is a proud Okie who made her way to Florida via South Carolina. When she moved to Orlando in ’87 she had no contacts in the area and spent most of her evenings driving around town learning the area. By the way, Tammalicious gives GREAT directions! She has always prided herself on being the “life of the party” and loves cooking and entertaining as well.
She did a stint with the Russ and Bo Show on Real Radio 104.1 back in the late 90’s critiquing adult toys (no joke). She and Spry met while singing karaoke and they’ve rarely missed a week singing together for over a year. People just love seeing a white girl sing a rap song – go figure! Tammalicious prides herself on being a positive influence on others and hopes to continue providing intelligent and quirky commentary on The Spry Show.
